Yes, C is correct.

Parallel in structure means that two or more equal elements in a sentence need to be presented in similar ways. Two nouns, for example, should be connected by a conjunction and serve in the same function in the sentence. Three prepositional phrases need to be in the same format (for the cleanliness of the water in the well).

A and B have "Claude Debussy and Maurice Ravel" joined by a conjunction and serving the same function in each sentence. In A, they are in the direct object position in the sentence. In B, they serve as the subject. But in C, one is a direct object and the other is a subject. That's why C is correct. =)
