You absolutely MUST know that in an equation of a line in the form
y = mx + b, the slope is m, and the y-intercept is b
in both of your questions, you are given those exact values, so
just put them in the equation.

the slope-intercept form y=mx+b is called that for a reason.
m is the slope and b is the y-intercept. So your equation is
#1. y = -5x+7
#2 do this in exactly the same way.
