(x+2)/(2x+2) = (4x+3)/(7x+3)
(x+2)(7x+3) = (4x+3)(2x+2)
7x^2 + 17x + 6 = 8x^2 + 14x + 6
x^2 - 3x = 0
x(x-3) = 0
x = 0 or x = 3
so the product of these solutions is (0)((3) = 0
(x+2)(7x+3) = (4x+3)(2x+2)
7x^2 + 17x + 6 = 8x^2 + 14x + 6
x^2 - 3x = 0
x(x-3) = 0
x = 0 or x = 3
so the product of these solutions is (0)((3) = 0
