i have 3 blouses, 2 skirts, and 2 shoes. How many different combinations can i make using these?

Assuming you need one of each , and you meant 2 pairs of shoes,
number = 3*2*2 = 12

If you could go un-bloused, un-skirted and bare foot, the number would be
4*3*3 = 36
