Perhaps in some alternate universe, but in my real world,
if the radius is 12 cm, then the area is 144π which is appr 425.4 cm^2

I'm not up on my spherical geometry, but I guess on a sphere of the proper radius, a circle with diameter 24 would have a circumference of 66.
