4 at (180-127 ) or 53 degrees above negative x axis
x component = 2 cos 40 - 4 cos 53
y component = 2 sin 40 + 4 sin 53
tan resultant = y component / x component (in quadrant 2)
magnitude = sqrt [ xcomp^2 + ycomp^2 ]
