    I suppose you want to "solve" the triangle,
from you data, we can use the cosine law to find LJ
LJ^2 = 9^2 + 7^2 - 2(9)(7)cos 139°
= 225.09..
LJ = 15.003.. = appr 15
by the sine law:
sin L / 9 = sin 139/15
sinL = .39355...
angle L = 23.18°
You have all 3 sides, and 2 of the angles.
Use the fact that they must add up to 180° to find the third angle
    
from you data, we can use the cosine law to find LJ
