why not simply say:
(7^2)y^3 - 14xy^2
= 49y^3 - 14xy^2
= 7y^2(7y - 2x)
mines? somebody working in gold mines?
(7^2)y^3 - 14xy^2
= 49y^3 - 14xy^2
= 7y^2(7y - 2x)

unless you meant
7^2 y^3 - (14xy)^2
= 49y^3 - 196x^2y^2
= 49y^2 (y-4x^2)
next time type what you want, instead of dictating it in ambiguous words.
