If the other endpoint is Q, then we have
Q-M = M-P
Q = 2M-P = 2(-3,2)-(1,-3) = (-6,4)-(1,-3) = (-7,7)
Q-M = M-P
Q = 2M-P = 2(-3,2)-(1,-3) = (-6,4)-(1,-3) = (-7,7)
