A common biotic component are plants and animals. They describe a living component of an ecosystem; organisms, such as plants and animals. Water, light, wind, soil, humidity, minerals, gases. All living things: plants, animals, fungi, bacteria. Some common abiotic factors are atmosphere, chemical elements, sunlight/temperature, wind and water. As abiotic components we can consider sunlight and soil. This is because the abiotic components are everything that has no life. Following the same reasoning, we can consider fish and water as the biotic and abiotic component of the aquatic ecosystem.
