If originally Jason had x flags, then Tina had 4x/9 flags
Jason lost 21 flags so he has x-21 left

4x/9 = 2(x-21)
2x/9 = x-21
2x = 9x - 189
189 = 7x
x = 27

almost done, what did I find?
