Find the period, amplitude, max/min value, range and domain, horizontal phase shift and vertical displacement of the following function:
y= -2 sin(360°(t+1)/3)
Totally confused by this question, could anyone at least give me a place to start?

A sin(kx) has
amplitude A, period 2π/k max A, min -A, domain (-∞,∞) and range [-A,A]
Your function is
y = -2sin(2π/3 (t+1)) so it is shifted left by 1
The domain is still (-∞,∞) and the range is [-2,2]
period is 2π/(2π/3) = 3
amplitude is 2
no vertical displacement
