A or C? I can’t choose

I do not think it is either A or C.
Think how do your lungs use O2 from the air ?
By the way plants use CO2 (perhaps exhaled from your lungs if not from your car exhaust) to make glucose and release O2 back to the air

If you can't figure it out from what Anonymous said, it's D.
