For sec(x) the upper branch has minimum at (2π.1)
so sec(2x+π) = 1 means 2x+π = 2π ==> x = π/2
2sec(2x+π) has the minimum you want
so sec(2x+π) = 1 means 2x+π = 2π ==> x = π/2
2sec(2x+π) has the minimum you want
