What is the standard equation of a hyperbola given the vertices (-10,1),(-10,-17) and a perimeter of central rectangle = 76

2a = 1-(-17) = 18, so a=9
2(a+b) = 76, so b=29
center is at (-10,-8)

(y+8)^2/9^2 - (x+10)^2/29^2 = 1
