3. No. A dark roof gets much hotter than a light color roof.
4. The more carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, the faster the planet warms up. Carbon dioxide allows incoming wave frequencies to pass through to earth, but tends to contain the wavelengths the earth tries to radiate back to space.
