I DONT UNDERSTAND THIS.
I AM TIRED AND MY BRAIN ISINT WORKING. IVE BEEN UP SINCE 7 IN THE MORNING YESTERDAY AND IM TRYING TO DO A TEST AND IDK WHAT A DECIMAL IS. What is 6 3/5% as a decimal??? PLEASE SOMEONE HELP

6 3/5 = 6.6
% means percent, which is Latin for per 100, so
6.6% = 6.6/100 = 0.066

1% = one per hundred, or 0.01
so multiply that by 6.6 = 0.066
