That's pi not pie!
The area consists of two circles and a rectangle
A = 2πr^2 + 2πrh
So plug in your numbers. To find the value, multiply the area by the cost per cm^2
Note that 4500/m^2 * (1m/100cm)^2 = 4500/10000 = 0.45/cm^2
