a = 40.5 = 81/2
a r^6 = 1/18
r^6 = (1/18)(2/81) = 2 / (2*9 *9 *9 ) = 1/3^6
so
r = 1/3
second term is a r = (81/2)(1/3) = 81/6 = 27/2
