<BCA = 90 - 30 = 60
so we know <ACD =<DCB = 60/2 = 30
since <BAC=<ACD = 30 the triangle ADC is isosceles
tan 30 = BC/10 = 1 / sqrt 3 = .577
so BC = 5.77
so we know <ACD =<DCB = 60/2 = 30
