if you mean the magnitude of the resultant, then since it is
<0,10> + <0,-4> + <8,0> = <8,6>
its magnitude is 10

Fr = 10i - 4i + 8 = 8 + 6i.
Fr = sqrt(8^2 + 6^2) = 10 N. = Resultant force.
