$15 (3 3/4)/(1/4)*2 * (1 1/2)/(1/4)*2 = $5400
Or, since 1/4" : 2' = 1/4" : 24" = 1:96, and there are 144 in^2 in a ft^2,
$15(3 3/4 * 1 1/2) * 96^2 / 144 = $5400
