I am inclined to say all of them but Japan was never really a US "colony" even though General MacArthur ran the country for a while after the war.
Similarly Russia certainly ran Poland and the rest of the countries beyond the iron curtain but Poland was never a "colony" as such.

The sure ones are 1 and 4. India and Vietnam were colonies although the British gave up India not long after the Japanese were kicked out of the area.
