cos(x+y) + (dy/dx)cos(x+y) = 4 - 4dy/dx
(dy/dx)[cos(x+y) + 4] = 4 - cos(x+y)
dy/dx = (4 - cos(x+y))/(cos(x+y) + 4)

= (4-1)/(1 + 4) = 3/5
