determine whether the vectors u and v are parallel, orthogonal, or neither.
u=(5,3) v=(-10/4, -3/2)

v=(-10/4, -3/2) = (-5/2, -3/2)
= (-1/2)(5,3)

so u is a scalar multiple of v, and therefore they are parallel
