V = x^3 where x is length of s side and V is volume
dV/dx = 3 x^2
delta V = 3 x^2 delta x = 3 * area of a side * change in linear length
dV/dx = 3 x^2
delta V = 3 x^2 delta x = 3 * area of a side * change in linear length
