length =x+4
width =x
x(x+4)=12
x^2+4x-12=0
x^2-2x+6x-12=0
x(x-2)+6(x-2)=0
(x+6)(x-2)=0
length = 6
width = 2
width =x
x(x+4)=12
x^2+4x-12=0
x^2-2x+6x-12=0
x(x-2)+6(x-2)=0
(x+6)(x-2)=0
length = 6
width = 2
