1. Determine the distance between (-3,1) and (5,-6). Round your answer to the nearest tenth. Show all work.
My answer: (-3-5)^2 + (1-6)^2
= (-8)^2 + (-5)^2
= 9.4^2 (89)
I feel like I made a mistake in this. Can someone check my work? :)
