What is the initial temperature of the water? If we assume the water is at the boiling point (100 C), look up the heat of vaporization.
q = mass H2O x heat vaporization
Look up the density of water @ 100 C, and convert mass to volume by
mass = volume x density
Post your work if you get stuck.
