If you are doing mathematical scale rather than x inches/ foot as architects do, you need feet to feet or inches to inches
3 inches = 1/4 foot
so
(1/4) foot / 15 feet = 1/60
3 inches = 1/4 foot
so
(1/4) foot / 15 feet = 1/60
