I have a hard time trying to start a paper and just need a little help. I need to write about "What is meant by the concept the racialization of crime. Explain how African Americans and Latinos have been radicalized as criminal and how this racialization influenced the historical development of criminal justice in the United States from slavery until the emergence of the tough on crime era in the late 1960s."

My 1st paragraph is going to be talking about Racialization of crime. I'll talk about what the definition means. But, I'm not sure what else to say in that paragraph.
