How would I draw the first step in the due process of law which is police must have a warrant. Could you give me a link or you can explain it. Thanks so much

I believe that the police must show there's probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.

It does but I have to draw the steps and in the text it says the first step is police must have a warrant. But I'm not sure what to draw could you give me a link or something.

You could show a policeman handing a judge some papers and the judge handing a document that says WARRANT.
