you don't say what your 3 dimensions represent, but
area of a parallelogram = (1/2)(sum of the two parallel sides)(distance between them)
so just plug in the numbers.

That's twice I've seen you treat a parallelogram like a trapezoid. Why not just say base * height?

No, I'm doing the actual math and I'm just correcting I'm not sure if I am right or wrong but! what I'm doing on #3 take the triangle out and its 8 and the length is 10 and the area simple 80 and 11 and 10 on the square and 110 and I added them together to get 190.
