I've heard some rumors on what happened to Ms. Sue.

I haven't seen her/him for a long time, so could someone fill me in?

Ms. Sue was ill, and she passed away on December 10.

Unfortunately what you have heard is probably correct. She has passed away and we are all very unhappy about it.
