Point: (1,1)
Line: y=15x+45

Y = mx + b.
m = -1/15.
b = y-mx = 1-(-1/15)1 = 1 + 1/15 = 16/15.
Eq: Y = (-1/15)x + 16/15.
I don't see a match. The slope should be -1/15.
geez - give it a rest, ok ?
