A vertical string(ignore its mass),whose spring constant is 875N/m is attached to a table and is compressed down by 0.16m.what upward speed can it give to a 0.38kg ball when released?

1/2 * k * x^2 = (1/2 * m * v^2) + (m * g * h)

1/2 * 875 * .16^2 = (1/2 * .38 * v^2) + (.38 * 9.8 * .16)
