1. How do you go about collecting information on your intended audience?
( I am not sure what else to do in regards to collecting information)

By doing some research and asking questions.

What do you mean by “doing some research”? Where? How? Be specific.

What do you mean by “asking some questions”? Of whom? Why those particular people?

Answer 2

First off, you didn't even answer it in one sentence. It asks for two. But saying you'll do "research" is very vague. Think of two things you'll do for the research and put them both down in different sentences.
