The speed of a wave is 65m/sec. If the wavelength of the wave is 0.8 meters, what is the frequency of the wave?
I just need the formula to find the frequency (I forgot it and I'm stupid and for some reason when I googled the answer it didn't make any sense), but if you wanted to solve it for me, that's okay too! Thank you!

v = λf
Think about it. If you know how long the wavelength is, and how many times it passes by per second, multiply them to get the speed. If nothing else, just consider the units.
m * 1/s = m/s
Rather than just trying to memorize formulas, take a step back and think about what they mean. After using them a few times, you'll remember the formulas, but it's always better to know the principles.
