You are welcome.
By the way the proper way is 5.6 * 10^9 and
one should simplify 56 * 10^8 to 5.6 *10^9
a number from 1 to 9 should be left of the decimal point for standard notation.
However as we said, they are the same.

5.6 x 10^9 and 56 x 10^8. let's break down the first one; 5.6x10^9=5.6*10*10*10*10*10*10*10*10*10 [that's 10 to the 9th power]
56x10^8=56*10*10*10*10*10*10*10*10 [that's 10th to the 8th power]
if we take one of the nine 10's from the first one and multiply it with 5.6, it'll be 56, and then we'll be left with weight 10's. which is the second equation.
56x10^8=56*10*10*10*10*10*10*10*10 [that's 10th to the 8th power]
