Given the mean = 40 and standard deviation = 5.31 find the probability that a value will fall below 34.

I know how to find the percentage of values that fall below 34. How do I get the probability?

Use the z-score table at the back of your text book : ) It reads 'Less than" for the probability so it will give you less than 34 once you have found the z score : )
