1. When adding √9 and -7, which type of number is the sum?
A.irrational
B.whole number***
C.radical
D.integer
I think it is a whole number, but I'm not sure because someone tells me it is radical but the question is √9+(-7) which equals -4 so there for i am pretty sure that the answer is B. Am i right? Thank you.
