Proportionality
i just need help understanding or maybe even the answers. my teacher doesnt explain well and neither do the lessons.

A math tutor can help you if you post no more than 5 questions that are troubling you. In addition, you need to let the tutor know where you get stuck. Keep in mind that "help" doesn't mean "gimme the answers."
