Hello, I understand this is a homework site, but I am having trouble communicating with my parents. I have major stress from school, but I think my parents don't believe me. I have had depression before, and I do not want to get it again, but I think it's coming back. I am 11 yrs old, and I'm not sure at all how to communicate with my parents. Please don't make this a big deal. Thank you. (I fully understand if this gets banned because it is off topic.)

I suggest you talk with your guidance counselor or school psychologist. If you don't have either of these in your school, please ask your principal or a teacher if your school district has one. Tell him/her that you'd like to make an appointment with that person.
