A CUBE with side 100cm at 0degreeC to 100degreeC. If the side becomes 101cm long, find
(i) the Linear expansivity
(ii) the Cubic expansivity?

linear expansivity = (l2-l1)/delta T
(101-100)/100 = ?

cubic expansivity = (V1-V1)/delta T
V1 = 100*100*100 cc
V2 = 101*101*101 cc
delta T = 100
