If you both have the above seemingly incomplete question (that finishes without a fullstop!), perhaps it is time to check with your teacher or tutor.
a liter is 10 cm * 10 cm * 10 cm
or 1000 cm^3
so
a mL is 1 cm^3
so
20 mL is 20 cm^2

we added a volume of:
6 cm * 6 cm * 6 cm is 216 cm^3
so
if the cube is submerged, the scale on the side of the cylinder should now read 236 cm^3

by the way you sure that cube is not 6 mm on a side?
