I can not draw your parallelogram.
However the angles are 30, 180 - 30 , 30 , 180-30
or in other words
30, 150, 30 , 150
now law of cosines to find resultant diagonal c
c^2 = a^2 + b^2 - 2 a b cos 150
c^2 = 16 + 25 - 2*4*5*(-.866) = 16 + 25 + 34.6

take square root to get c

I cannot draw the parallelogram but i can solve it:
F1=5N F2=4N
*angle=30°
using the cosine formula
R^2=B^2+C^2-2B Cos A
R^2=4^2+5^2-2×4×5 Cos 150
R^2=16+25-40(-0.8660)
R^2=41+34.64
R^2=75.64
Take the square from r by taking square root on both sides
Therefore;R=8.7N
