A load of 2 tonnes is raised with 10N efforts. Calculate the mechanical advantage of the machine with which the load is raised?

2tonnes * 1000kg/tonne = 2000 kg.
M*g = 2000 * 9.8 = 19600 N.
L/E = 19,600N/10N = 1960 = Mechanical advantage.
L = Load.
E = Effort.
