the kinetic energy of the ball is the energy that compresses the spring
1/2 m v^2 = 1/2 k x^2
.103 * 11.9^2 = 66.9 * x^2
1/2 m v^2 = 1/2 k x^2
.103 * 11.9^2 = 66.9 * x^2
