Can someone explain how to do this please?

A person who has a mass of 60kg run up a flight of stairs 12m high in 20 seconds, how much power did the person generate?

How would I do this equation.

weight = 9.8*60
energy = weight * 12
power = energy / 20

P = F*d/t = M*g * d/t = 60*9.8 * 12/20 = J/s = Watts.
