Your post would be much more readable if you typed it normally and with no carriage return every word or two. Additionally, I can't tell where the decimal is for the molarity of the two acids. Finally, I assume that is HNO3 and not HNO. Here is how you do the problem. You find the mols of acid 1, add that to the mols of acid 2, then divide by the total volume 9 (in liters) to find the final M.
mols acid 1 = M x L = ?
molsacid 2 = M x L = ?
total mols = mols acid 1 + mols acid 2
total volume = L acid 1 + L acid 2.
M = total mols/total L = ?
mols acid 1 = M x L = ?
molsacid 2 = M x L = ?
total mols = mols acid 1 + mols acid 2
total volume = L acid 1 + L acid 2.
M = total mols/total L = ?
